US
Seemia Media is a team of directors, sound engineers and translators. With access to over one hundred voice artists, we provide services from translation, to mix and mastering television, film and commercials for Persian speakers. Hailing from the native Persian, Seemia means “Casting a spell with words.”
Persian speaking audiences are a great market and we want to support you to realise the potential for Persian dubbed content. Currently there are about 110 million Persian speakers globally with Persian being among the 30 most spoken languages in the world. Persian speakers live in Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan and also over 10 million Persian speakers as part of the Persian diaspora around the world.

Seemia Media's creatives have recently worked with Pinewood Group, Sony, BBC1, BBC2 and the BBC World Service.
MEET THE TEAM
Sara Amini

Director of Seemia Media & Dubbing Director
Sara Amini is from Iran, and is now based in London, UK. She studied BA Theatre Directing at Tehran University and MA Performance Making at Goldsmiths College, University of London. She is a theatre and dubbing director and voice artist working for BBC Persian for more than 10 years.
She also worked as a dubbing director and voice artist with other companies such as Haward based in London. As Seemia Media’s director she aims to use her experiences in the theatre and dubbing industry to provide the best experience for Persian speakers.
Payam Hosseinian

Sound Engineer & Dubbing Director
Payam worked as a voice actor and narrator for the Iranian National TV, lending his voice to many well-known US and UK actors on the Iranian TV screen. He has voiced Anthony Hopkins, Derek Jacobi, Colin Firth, Benedict Cumberbatch and Hugo Weaving, amongst many others.
He joined the BBC World Service to start a dubbing and voiceover department for their newly launched BBC Persian TV. In 2014 he joined the MA in Sound Design course at the National Film and Television School.
Payam is a member of AMPS (Association of Motion Picture Sound) and BFI Network- Bafta Crew. His work has been screened in some of the most prestigious international film festivals including Cannes, Locarno, Sundance, and Palm Springs.
Sanam Soleimany

Producer
Sanam is an experienced and skillful producer who welcomes new challenges and enjoys working on different projects. She has been working in film and television for the past twelve years, producing a variety of shows in different project sizes and budget allocations across a multitude of genres ranging from factual entertainment programs, panel talk shows, short films and documentaries.
Sanam has produced and directed around 100 episodes of Persian "Come Dine With Me" as well producing the Persian singing show with the legendary Googoosh. She also produced an adventure documentary "Kapp to Cape" that was broadcasted by Fox.
